Bachelor’s degree and three (3) years of soliciting funds, development fundraising, or related experience, or, Master’s degree and two (2) years of soliciting funds, development fundraising, or related experience.
The department is especially interested in candidates with high-level fundraising experience, specifically with major gifts, as well as experience working within a Division 1 Athletics Department.This position is open until filled. The department will begin screening candidates immediately.
Monday – Friday8:00 a.m.-4:30 p.m.Will require work beyond normal schedule including nights, weekends, some holidays, and travel.

Knowledge of college athletics.Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing.Ability to foster relationships with donors at all levels.Knowledge of fundraising best practices and strategies.
Must be able to comply with all University, Department, Board of Trustees, Conference, and NCAA policies and procedures.
Job Duties
Manage portfolio of 175-200 donors and prospects, focusing on solicitations of $50,000 and above. Fundraising priorities will include the Tiger Leadership Circle, capital projects and premium seating sales.
Assist Associate AD, Development with oversight of premium seat sales & operations. Develop strategies to increase premium seating sales and send out regular communications to suite and club seat holders.
Manage donor prospecting process, focusing on identify new major gift prospects & premium seating leads.
Perform Other duties as assigned by Associate AD, Development
