Fiscal Year - FT Contract
Perform administrative, budgetary and planning duties for the football program, working directly with the Head Coach, Football and the football staff to include all aspects of football operations/administration; ensure that the football program operates in full compliance with the university, conference and
NCAA
rules and regulations.
Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution.
3 or more years of football operations experience.
Strong interpersonal skills; ability to interact effectively with coaches, administrators, student athletes and vendors; extremely organized, self-starter, intrinsically motivated; strong organizational, management and leadership skills; proficient computer skills including word processing, spreadsheets and social media; proven ability to multi-task effectively; ability to prioritize assignments and meet deadlines, available to work flexible work schedule including nights and weekends; travel with sport teams for away contests; through knowledge of
NCAA
and Mid-American Conference rules and regulations.
Candidates for searches must have current authorization to be employed in the U.S. without employer sponsorship.
Experience with recruiting prospective student athletes; seeking out candidates, data collections, formulation and maintaining a mailing campaign in order to attract PSA’s; planning, scheduling and organizing group travel arrangements; proven ability and experience with event planning; experience at the
NCAA
Division I
FBS
level.
