Position will coordinate the daily recruiting operational and logistical processes within the NDSU football program; plan and supervise the execution of a 12-month vision of the recruiting process. In accordance with permissible NCAA rules, educate recruits/guests on visits to campus about the relationship to both the NCAA and NDSU standard. Identify, evaluate, collect data, collect video, etc. on prospects to provide direction to the Coaching Staff through available and permissible sources (e.g., recruiting services, internet, event website, etc.).
Monitor permissible recruiting websites at direction of the coaching staff to provide them updates on committed prospects and prospects coaches identify.
Monitor and work collaboratively with the staff to keep them updated on changes in the rules (University, MVFC, and NCAA).
Coordinate all contacts and travel arrangements for coaches’ on the road recruiting trips.
Coordinate updates to the recruiting database.
Monitor the number of contacts and evaluations conducted by the coaching staff and work with Athletics Compliance Services to ensure records are consistent.
Coordinate securing, evaluating and filing of transcripts for selected prospects in collaboration with Admissions and Compliance Services Staff.

Involved with all academic meetings, grade checks, study table, and updates. Works extensively with the Academic Support Department.
Coordinate all new players' enrollment, housing, meals, and logistics as they arrive to campus and Fargo.
Responsible for updating, revisions, and detailing majority of information on TeamWorks in regards to yearly, monthly, and weekly schedule.
Resource for our student-athletes as they navigate financial aid, academics, and numerous other organizations on campus and in the Fargo-Moorhead area.
Assists with Once A Bison program.
NFL scout liaison.
Supervise planning and coordinating of official and unofficial visits to campus.
Create itineraries, arrange for transportation, lodging, student hosts, meals, name tags, seating charts, compliance paperwork, complimentary tickets, etc.
Coordinate the completion and submission of required paperwork and expense reports
Serve as a liaison between all departments on recruiting matters (compliance, student services, strength and conditioning, sports medicine, travel, business, facilities, housing, parking, tickets, etc.)
Assist in NDSU Football Camps/Clinics operation.
Assist camp director with operations and scheduling of camps/clinics.
Responsible for supervising student employees working camp/clinics.
