Serve as the initial point and primary contact for high school football coaches. Oversee the administration of the football walk-on program. Serve as liaison for professional football team scouts and coaches. In collaboration with the Head Football Strength & Conditioning Coach, lead the organization and implementation of the football program’s on-campus pro scouting day. Assist with on-campus recruiting activities as permitted under
NCAA
rules. The selected candidate will have a demonstrated commitment to diversity and inclusion.

Bachelor’s degree plus minimum 2 years’ high school, college, or
NFL
football experience required. Graduate Assistant experience acceptable. Strong football knowledge. Knowledge of
NCAA
rules and regulations required. Strong communication and computer skills required.
Prefer knowledge of football business operations at the Division I level.
