The Director of Basketball Operations assists the Head Coach in the administration of all aspects of the sport program including, recruiting, contest , scheduling, supervising sports personnel, coordinating travel , budget management, coordinating logistics including team meals, buses, video and meeting rooms and film exchange, and ensuring program compliance with NCAA, Conference, and University rules and regulations.

Working Environment
• Standard collegiate athletic facility with multiple activities occurring simultaneously.
• Noise and stress level is moderate to high and fluctuates through the season.
Physical Activities
• Considerable physical activity. May require handling of objects that can weigh up to 50 lbs.
• Occasionally required to move about the office/campus with the capability of transporting objects up to 50 lbs. with assistance. Some manual labor is required.
• Position involves both inside sedentary work and work on different fields and on other fitness environments while coaching and training situations with student-athletes.
Work Schedule
8am to 4:30pm weekdays. Some travel with weekends, evenings and early mornings within the varsity season.

Salary Grade Number:
The salary grade for the position is 9.
Salary Range:
The salary range for this position is $58,000-$65,000.
