What We Are Looking For

The University Athletic Department is seeking a dynamic and highly organized executive level administrator to oversee Name Image and Likeness (NIL) donor gift tracking and reporting, donor contract execution and fulfillment, and to serve as the primary administrative support for NIL fundraising and education efforts. 

A Bachelor’s Degree, less than than one year of experience and an active Christian faith are required. Two years of experience is preferred.

What You Will Do

Administrative Support:

• Provide administrative support for NIL fundraising meetings, including scheduling and document preparation.
• Collaborates with internal and external partners related to all NIL activities.
• Manages calendar and events for athletics and campus partners relating to NIL.
• Organizes and maintains confidential records related to NIL matters.
• Monitors and maintains donor fund tracking and reporting related to NIL donor agreements and commitments.
• Assists with tracking and monitoring of NIL activities in compliance with university’s NIL policy.
• Collaborates with Athletics Development team to facilitate NIL fundraising initiatives.
• Coordinates communication and logistics for NIL-related events and campaigns.

Donor Gift Tracking and Reporting:

• Track all incoming NIL gifts, pledges, and donations from donors who support Baylor NIL in partnership with University Advancement.
• Generate regular reports summarizing NIL donor contributions, trends, and financial progress.
• Collaborate with the fundraising team to provide necessary information for donor stewardship and recognition efforts.
• Generate reports and insights to inform decision-making and strategy.

Compliance and Education:

• Ensure compliance with university, NCAA, and relevant state NIL regulations.
• Stay updated on the latest NIL trends and best practices, including legislative advancements, NCAA compliance regulations, and vendor landscape evolutions.
• Assist student-athletes in understanding and navigating Baylor sponsored NIL opportunities such as Opendorse Marketplace, Brandr Group, etc.
• Assist in developing educational materials and training programs related to NIL.

Communication and Relationship Building:

• Maintain effective communication with donors, university partners, student-athletes, and external partners.
• Foster positive relationships with key stakeholders to enhance donor engagement and NIL opportunities.

Other duties as assigned.

• Perform all other duties as assigned to support Baylor’s mission 
• Maintain regular and punctual attendance
• Ability to comply with University policies
