Responsible for developing, recommending, communicating, and implementing all operational aspects of the soccer program. This includes but is not limited to: managing competition, recruiting, team travel, and training logistics; athlete support; purchasing equipment; budgeting, and serving as a liaison to a number of departments within Nebraska Athletics. The selected candidate will have a demonstrated commitment to diversity and inclusion.

Bachelor’s degree plus one year experience working in soccer. Experience coordinating and managing daily soccer operations. Extensive knowledge of word processing and spreadsheet software essential. Must have a valid driver’s license and meet University driver eligibility requirements. Must be able to obtain
UNL
certification to drive full-size vans
Experience directing soccer competitions, practices, and training sessions preferred. Ideal candidates will be proficient with Teamworks and Spiideo.
