Job Summary:
The Director of Operations for Lacrosse reports to the Head Women’s Lacrosse Coach. The Director of Operations will assist in administration, analysis, alumni engagement and all aspects of management of the Lacrosse team. This is a full-time benefits eligible appointment that is renewable on a contract basis

Specific Responsibilities :
Administration
Assist the Head Lacrosse Coach in all in-season management and administration including, but no limited to:
Assist in home game team management
Assist in away game team management
Identifies service improvement opportunities that will better enable program/project to achieve its goals and objectives.
Tracks equipment purchases and assists in negotiating pricing.
Ensures all recruiting activities are tracked and approved as required by the Athletics Compliance Office; Prepares documentation as required.

Performs other duties as assigned.
Minimum Qualifications:
Successful completion of a full 4-year course of study in an accredited college or university leading to a bachelor's or higher degree; OR appropriate combination of education and experience + 1 year program administration or similar experience; or 3 years program administration or similar experience.
Professional verbal and written communication skills
Ability to work in a dynamic fast paced environment and manage stressful situations
Ability to handle multiple tasks at once and meet deadlines
Strong organizational and time management skills
Ability to work cooperatively with others and effectively interact and establish engaging relationships with a wide variety of constituents.
