The Director of Operations / Women's Volleyball will assist in managing the budget and daily operations of the Women's Volleyball program. This person will also be the main liaison for student athlete admissions, the Athletics Compliance department, and Student Athlete Academic Support Services. Responsibilities include and not limited to supervising travel (for both the team and staff); assist with the daily schedule of coaches and team; coordinate recruiting; assist with fundraising and planning special events for alumni and donors; serve as on-site game day operations liaison; handle numerous administrative responsibilities for the head coach. This position reports directly to the Head Coach / Women's Volleyball.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree with relative experience in collegiate athletics or a Master's degree.
Experience working in a collegiate athletic department.
Knowledge of NCAA rules and regulations.
Experience in planning collegiate team and recruiting travel.
Commitment to diversity.
Experience working with a diverse group of coaches, staff, and/or student athletes.
The ability to travel to competition sites.
