Job Summary:

The Softball Director of Pitching Performance & Development supports the development, implementation, and evaluation of the pitching staff, including pitcher development, performance analysis, training protocols, and recruiting support.

Job Description:

This position works closely with the Head Coach, Pitching Coach, performance staff, sports medicine personnel, and analytics team to support pitcher development, performance, health, and competitive success.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Assist with individualized pitcher development plans.
  • Provide instruction focused on mechanics, pitch design, command, movement, velocity development, and competitive execution.
  • Coordinate bullpen sessions, throwing programs, and recovery protocols.
