Monmouth University is seeking applications for a Director of Player Development for Women’s Basketball.
The candidate would be expected to assist the Head Coach with oversight in all areas of women’s basketball operations, including video, technology, and administration; direct supervise team managers and practice players; facilitate weekly student-athlete academic and well-being check-in meetings; oversee study hall; ensure attendance at all practices; assist in on-campus recruiting; and work with the equipment manager for team apparel.
This is an in-person, on-campus; non-remote position.

Bachelor's degree

Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop
Basketball coaching, playing, or managerial experience at the collegiate level.
Video technology experience and an understanding of Synergy and
ARMS
software.
