Experience with Division I Men’s Basketball program as an assistant or head coach, staff member, or player.

| Position Summary |
Serve as Director of Player Development and provide assistance to the Head Men’s Basketball Coach in assigned areas of the intercollegiate basketball program. Responsible for off-the-field activities of student athletes which promote the successful balancing of academic, athletic, community, and leadership commitments; coordinate community outreach programming; serve as liaison to high school coaches and GHSA; provide leadership and support for the programs related to student-athlete wellness. Ensure compliance with all NCAA, SEC, UGA, and UGAAA rules and regulations.

| Knowledge, Skills, Abilities and/or Competencies |
- Previous experience in Division I Men’s Basketball program as a head or assistant coach and/or player.
- Familiar with and demonstrate a commitment to compliance with NCAA and SEC rules.
- Ability to communicate and organize schedules.
- Ability to stay up to date with recruiting current events and keep coaches informed.
- Understand computer systems, including but not limited to Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
