The University of Missouri’s Softball Program is seeking a Director of Player Development and Camps who will be responsible for sustaining the success of the Softball Program.
Reporting to the Head Coach, the Director of Player Development and Camps will be responsible for:
• Managing the overall player development including monitoring of strength and conditioning and the overall student-athlete experience
• Monitoring and evaluating student-athletes and assisting with game preparation
• Preparing scouting reports
• Participating in the collection and analysis of tactical and statistical data of opponent tendencies and assisting in designing scouting reports and match strategies

• Monitoring and evaluating student-athletes and assisting with game preparation
• Preparing scouting reports

• Assisting the Director of Operations with daily operations of the program and monitor all activities for compliance with the University, SEC and NCAA guidelines
• Collaborating with coaching staff to develop and implement skill development
• Monitoring all softball camps and clinics, including hiring and monitoring all hours worked for camps as well as maintaining the approvals of those hours.
Monday-Friday 8:00am-5:00pm; Nights, Weekends, and Travel as required.
A Bachelor's degree in related/relevant area or an equivalent combination of education and experience and at least 2 years of experience from which comparable knowledge and skills can be acquired is necessary
Preferred Qualifications: Prior experience coordinating softball camps for a Division I program and player development
Salary Range: $50,000 - $60,000
Grade: GGS-9E
