Job Summary:

This position coordinates evaluation of high school transcripts and collection of all onboarding academic and eligibility documents for incoming and current football student-athletes, ensuring records are accurate and complete. The role serves as an academic liaison for the current roster, managing class schedules and communicating any academic or eligibility concerns from academic/compliance staff to the football staff in a timely manner.This position coordinates evaluation of high school transcripts and collection of all onboarding academic and eligibility documents for incoming and current football student-athletes, ensuring records are accurate and complete. Job Description:

• Coordinate HS Transcript Evaluations with compliance staff
• Manage and Oversee new student-athlete document Collection and Breakdowns
• Academic Liaison – Academic Schedules for Current Roster
• Work with academic/compliance staff to identify and communicate academic or eligibility issues to football staff 
• Coordination NIL External NIL Efforts to Remain Compliant with CSC / NCAA Legislation
• Management and tracking of Charitable Donation Fund with GM
• Coordinate collection and submission of NIL deals to NILGo with student-athlete and interested 3rd party NIL providers.
