The Director of Player Personnel will report directly to the Head Coach. The Director of Player Personnel will lead all NIL opportunities / engagement, special event planning and serve as the key point of contact for alumni relations for the Men's Ice Hockey program. The Director's responsibilities are restricted and defined by NCAA and Big Ten rules and guidelines and University policies. This position will work cooperatively with student-athletes, coaches, and athletic department staff.
