| Position Summary |
This position is responsible for overseeing recruiting operations and assisting the women’s basketball head coach with administrative duties while ensuring compliance with NCAA, SEC, and institutional rules and regulations. Will work independently as well as collaboratively to support the competitive success of the team.

- Ability to read, analyze, and interpret NCAA, SEC, and institutional rules and regulations.
- Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals.
- Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from individuals, customers, and the general public.
- Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only a limited standardization exist.
- Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality regarding student athlete records and information.
