Job Summary

 

Responsible for managing football operations related to the evaluation of prospective student-athletes and opposing student-athletes while assisting with recruiting and roster management. Oversee key administrative functions, compliance and operational aspects, as well as ensure alignment with institutional, conference, and NCAA standards.

  • Lead the development and execution of the football program's scouting strategy, identifying and evaluating prospective student-athletes through film study, live evaluations, and performance data analysis.
  • Collaborate with coaching staff to assess talent, fit, and potential impact of recruits, while managing scouting databases and tools to track prospects and evaluate trends.
  • Assist with official and unofficial visits for recruits in compliance with NCAA regulations.
  • Ensure compliance with NCAA, conference, and institutional policies, including recruiting, eligibility, and financial aid regulations, while maintaining accurate records for all compliance and eligibility documentation. Work closely with the compliance office to educate players and staff on NCAA regulations
  • Partner with the Coaching Staff to develop long-term strategies for player evaluating and enhancing program policies to ensure alignment with team and institutional goals.
