Required Qualifications
To be considered for this opportunity your application must demonstrate you meet both the minimum qualifications and additional qualifications listed below. Equivalent education and/or experience may substitute for minimum qualifications except when there are legal requirements, such as a license, certification, and/or registration.
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree
Minimum of 2–3 years of experience in collegiate or professional athletics, or as a former student-athlete
Additional Qualifications
Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and ability to work with technology and video systems
Strong organizational, communication, and professional writing skills
Ability to work evenings, weekends, and travel extensively
Experience coordinating logistics, events, or operations in a fast-paced environment
Ability to manage multiple competing priorities with attention to detail
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work collaboratively across departments
Preferred Qualifications
Master’s degree
Experience with video production, graphic design, or digital content creation
Experience with NCAA compliance and recruiting processes
Demonstrated ability to manage complex operational systems
Working Conditions
Requires frequent evening and weekend work
Requires travel for competitions and recruiting activities
Work is performed in both office and athletic facility environments
Ability to lift and transport equipment as needed for events and travel coordination
