Thiel College seeks a Director of Track and Field / Cross Country. The Director of Track and Field / Cross Country serves as both the Men’s and Women’s Head coach for our Track and Field / Cross Country Programs. The Director of Track and Field / Cross Country is responsible for all aspects of both the men’s and women’s intercollegiate Track and Field / Cross Country programs while holistically developing student-athletes to be leaders.

Applicants are required to have a minimum of a bachelor’s degree or equivalent. A master’s degree is preferred. 3-4 years of coaching experience at an NCAA program is desired. Competence in athletics management and leadership, an understanding of student-athlete development, and a deep commitment to the values the College promotes.
Candidates must be self-motivated, possess strong communication skills, and have solid organizational, interpersonal, and leadership skills. They must also strive for excellence and take pride in everything they do.
Successful candidates must adhere to all NCAA, Presidents Athletic Conference, and institutional guidelines, policies, and rules. They must also demonstrate professional behavior while operating with integrity.
