Position Duties and Responsibilities:
Oversight of all NCAA Compliance activities for 20 varsity sports
Responsible for providing a comprehensive NCAA rules education program that evolves annually to assist coaches and administrators
Provides guidance on Name, Image and Likeness (NIL) initiatives based on local, state, national laws and NCAA recommendations
Responsible for tracking and managing all NCAA, Conference and University attestation requirements
Lead administrator for the ARMS compliance software to guide coaches and administrators through the recruiting, admissions and financial aid review process along with additional administrative workflows
Management of the athletics scholarship award process
Liaison with financial aid office for all student-athlete aid agreements
Other administrative duties as assigned
Education:
Bachelor’s required.
Master’s degree preferred
Experience:
2+ years of professional experience in athletics compliance with a comprehensive knowledge of NCAA rules and regulations
