Job Summary
Responsible for all aspects of nutrition programming for over 350 student-athletes/17 sports programs. Provides professional knowledge, technical expertise and supervisory skills to oversee all aspects of nutrition education, fueling station/training table for student-athletes.
Provides the clinical, food service and education/outreach services given to optimize the health and performance of the student-athletes.
