Reporting directly to the Head Coach, Stanford is looking for a proactive, innovative leader to help our program stay at the forefront of collegiate athletics in a rapidly evolving landscape. Experience in higher education and a deep understanding of the distinct culture and needs of college athletes is highly desirable.
A strong background and skill set in sports management and sports marketing is critical. This is an exempt position with non-traditional work hours and travel expected.

DAPER’s Integrity:
This position, along with all DAPER coaches and staff, is responsible for the integrity of Stanford’s intercollegiate athletics program, recreation and wellness department, and for the reputation of Stanford University. This position is responsible for ensuring that your involvement with DAPER activities maintains the integrity of the University’s reputation and does not negatively impact the relationship between the University and its faculty, staff, students, and alumni. Additionally, this position must comply with University policies and procedures, NCAA, and conference rules and regulations.
The expected pay range for this position is $90,000 to $99,000 per annum.
