The Director of Ticket and Revenue Generation manages the strategic approach to ticket sales and new season ticket holder acquisition and supports the development of new revenue opportunities through sponsorships. The Director of Ticket and Revenue Generation is responsible for the oversight of merchandise and ticket sales at all athletic contests. In addition, the Director of Ticket and Revenue Generation will work closely with the Director of Athletics and Institutional Business Managers to establish revenue goals and growth areas to support the Athletics budget.
Bachelor's Degree
Minimum of 3-5 year's related and progressively responsible experience
Relevant combinations of education, training and experience may be considered.

Ability to work irregular hours including weekends and holidays
An understanding of computerized ticketing systems and seating charts.
Non Standard Shift: This position is responsible for managing the strategic approach to ticket sales and new season ticket holder acquisition and supports the development of new revenue opportunities through sponsorships, and as a result some weekend and evening work is required.
Expected Salary:
$62,500 / year

The selected candidate’s salary will be determined based on factors that include the available budget, internal equity, and the final candidate’s qualifications, experience, education and other job-related credentials. This hiring range is provided as Rensselaer’s good faith estimate of the expected hiring range at the time of posting.
