The University of South Dakota Director of Ticket Sales and Operations is responsible for the day-to-day operations of the Coyote Ticket Office; renewing season tickets for football, men’s & women’s basketball, and volleyball, acquiring new season ticket holders, and developing group sales opportunities. Additionally, this position will be responsible for hiring and training of game day support staff, scheduling Coyote Ticket Office personnel, overseeing ticket operations for all home athletic events, managing a budget, and preparing and reconciling ticket office reports. The successful candidate must demonstrate exemplary customer service skills and be able to work nights and weekends, as needed. Requirements for this position include a Bachelor’s Degree and ticket office experience
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree required. Applicants must have a minimum of three years of ticket office or related experience with intercollegiate athletics. Knowledge and experience with Paciolan ticketing software is preferred. Candidates must have excellent oral and written skills and the ability to work responsibly with minimal supervision. Working knowledge of
NCAA
rules and interpretations in relation to the ticket office is preferred.
