• Conduct daily practices.
• Evaluate player performance.
• Organize and attend collegiate esports events, tournaments, and recruitment.
• Collaborate with coaches and team managers to ensure the successful integration of new recruits.
• Provide guidance and support to players transitioning from high school to collegiate esports.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree required
• Master’s degree preferred
• Extensive knowledge of the esports industry, including popular games such as Rocket League, Overwatch, Valorant, and others.
• Proven experience in esports recruitment, talent scouting, or a related role.
• Strong understanding of the collegiate esports landscape and its unique dynamics.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Willingness to travel to attend events and meet with potential recruits.
