Assist with the planning and management of athletic events for all intercollegiate athletic programs. Coordinate the schedule, work assignments and supervision of on-call event personnel. Assist with resolving problems during events, coordinating and ensuring all staffing/facilities needs are met for special events, and with management of crowd control. Oversee staffing of football practices and facility rentals. Assist with the Memorial Stadium tour program. The selected candidate will have a demonstrated commitment to diversity and inclusion. High school or equivalent experience and one year full-time experience with managing events or equivalent work experience. Computer skills and communication skills required. Must have a valid driver’s license and meet University driver eligibility requirements.
