Holidays – Employees receive 13 Paid Holidays
Annual and Sick Leave – Classified Staff, Non-Classified Staff and 12-month Faculty earn up to 24 days of annual leave per year (max 360 hours) and up to 18 days of sick leave per year. ) Employee Leave
Health Insurance – Marshall University offers health insurance through West Virginia Public Employees Insurance Agency (PEIA). There are seven (7) health benefit plans.
Educational/Tuition Benefits – Marshall University provides tuition benefits to regular employees (after probationary period) and their dependent children.
Retirement Plans – Marshall University offers retirement through Teachers Insurance and Annuity Association (TIAA). Full-time benefits eligible employees must participate in the mandated retirement plan (401(a)).
Life Insurance – Basic term life insurance ($10,000) at no cost and may purchase optional life insurance coverage with pre-tax earnings.

Assist with On-Campus Recruiting
Logistics of Official & Unofficial Visits, Junior Days, Game Days, Spring Practice Visits. Assist Catering/Restaurant Logistics with Director of On Campus Recruiting. Assist Booking of Event Venues with Director of Recruiting. Assist with booking Hotels with Director of Recruiting. Assist in the planning, organization and execution of all high school football camps and clinics under direction of Director of Recruiting. Assist Director of Recruiting with the admissions transitions of newcomers, freshmen, and transfers.
Recruiting
Assist in maintaining
ARMS
database with up-to-date prospect information. Assist Coach Huff and coaching staff with organizing weekly calls with prospective student athletes. Assist with graphics calendar and maintenance of recruiting Twitter account to provide relevant content to prospective student athletes. Assist the coaching staff with any recruiting travel logistics and reimbursements. Assist Director of Recruiting with gathering updated information on prospective student athletes using recruiting services, communicating with recruits, questionnaires, etc.
Administrative Support
Designs and implements policies and procedures for university and athletic department groups to interact with the Football Program. Assist and coordinate the football related on-boarding (and exiting) of new employees in the program at the direction of Chief of Staff. Assist Chief of Staff in team travel logistics as needed. Assist Chief of Staff with post season bowl logistics.
