Job Description

This position is responsible for providing support to the overall operation of the Vanderbilt women’s soccer program. This includes, but is not limited to, coordination of various services within the department, daily team operations, travel, and overall programmatic structure.

 

Duties and Responsibilities
 

  • Oversee the day-to-day operation of the Women’s Soccer office
    • Develop, execute, and maintain efficient office systems
  • Responsible for coordinating liaison positions (i.e. Compliance, Business Office, Alumni/Fundraising, Equipment, Facilities/Grounds, etc.)
  • Serve as Camp Director and oversee all logistical aspects of Vanderbilt Soccer camps
  • Assist with all aspects of recruiting visits, both unofficial and official, as needed
  • Work closely with Head Coach, as well as the Athletic Business Office, to monitor purchases and maintain operating budgets
  • Work closely with National Commodore Club (fundraising) and Black & Gold club (alumni) on initiatives to support the program
