Summary of Job Duties: Assist the head coach in administering all phases of the men’s and women’s NCAA Division I Track & Field/Cross Country program.
Assists with practice schedules, home competitions, team travel, recruitment, compliance and event management, individualized instruction, evaluation and recruitment of prospective student-athletes.
Coordinates recruitment and travel.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree
• Two years track & field and/or cross-country coaching experience High School or College
