Title : Team Manager – Player Manager
Number of Positions : 2
Term : 12 August – 27 October, 10 March – 5 May
Possible extension during Fall Semester through 11 or 18 November if team
qualifies for postseason.
Time Expectation : 7-16 Hours per Week
Travel Expectation : with Team for Away Matches at Quinnipiac (9/9) and Sacred
Heart (10/27)
Reports To : Joey Rasmus, Head Coach of Women’s Rugby
Duties & Responsibilities
• Enhance quality of training environment by supporting the coaching staff to
uphold high team standards & expectations.
• In collaboration with coaches, support LIU Rugby student-athletes to develop
and grow during team activities.
• In collaboration with coaches, support LIU Rugby student-athletes to establish
excellent wellness habits.
• Support LIU Rugby coaches to deliver engaging training and development
sessions throughout the week.
• In collaboration with coaches, support LIU Rugby student-athletes to prepare
for opposition as well as review team & personal performance.
• Support LIU Rugby coaches with various administrative tasks as needed from
time-to-time.
