Position Summary
The Food and Beverage Manager is responsible for leading and managing the food and beverage operation for the golf club. This includes daily restaurant operations, bar service, cart service, tournament fulfillment, and special event operations. The position is responsible for servicing all customers within the golf club and also maximizing the profit within the food and beverage operation. The position also ensures that the kitchen, bar and restaurant facilities meets and adheres to all codes and licenses and that all presentation of facilities, food and beverage are presented in a quality way.

Working Environment
1.The Grill at the University of Denver Golf Club.
2. Noise level is moderate to loud.
Physical Activities
Ability to stand for long periods of time.
This is a hands-on position and applicant must have the ability to constantly be on their feet within the kitchen and grill service environment often between 6-8 hours a day.
Work Schedule
Monday-Sunday. Candidate must be available to work weekends.

Salary Grade Number:
The salary grade for the position is 11.
Salary Range:
The salary range for this position is $70,000-$80,000
