About the Role:

The Football Assistant Coach will play a pivotal role in developing and enhancing the skills of our football team members while fostering a positive and competitive environment. This position requires collaboration with the head coach to design and implement training programs that focus on both individual and team performance. The assistant coach will also be responsible for analyzing game footage to provide constructive feedback and strategies for improvement. Additionally, this role involves mentoring players, promoting teamwork, and ensuring adherence to the rules and regulations of the sport. Ultimately, the assistant coach will contribute to the overall success of the team, both on and off the field, by instilling discipline, sportsmanship, and a love for the game.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Sports Management, Physical Education, Kinesiology, or a related field.
  • Previous experience in coaching or playing football at a competitive level.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of athletics and sports coaching principles specifically in the area of Football.  
  • Strong teamwork and communication skills to effectively collaborate with coaches, athletes, and school personnel.
  • Basic proficiency in using social media platforms for sports promotion. 

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Previous experience managing or contributing to social media campaigns for sports teams.
