Job Description

Purpose of Position and Scope of Responsibility: The Assistant Football Coach- Wide Receivers and Special Teams will develop, implement and oversee aspects of the special teams unit and the wide receiver position group within the Bethel football program. This position will maximize player performance, technical skill development, execution and overall efficiency while fostering a culture of discipline, accountability, and teamwork. 

Under the general direction of the Vice President of Athletics

Under the direct supervision of the Football Head Coach

Works as needed.

Principal Accountabilities/Responsibilities:

1.  Recruit qualified athletes emphasizing the concept of “student-athlete”.

2.  Monitor study hall.

3.  Maintain equipment and facilities.
