Duties and Responsibilities:

• Works closely with the Director of Recruiting and Football coaching staff to facilitate and coordinate official and unofficial visits, and build itineraries for football PSAs.

• Plan, organize, and execute all aspects of gameday, unofficial, and official visits assigned by Director of Recruiting.

• Organize and book hotels, car rentals, bus service, restaurant reservations, catering, event setup/tear down, tours, meetings and activities for recruiting department.

• Communicate with coaches, institutional staff members, recruits, and families to plan official and unofficial visits.

• Assist with onboarding process of committed and signed student athletes.

• Update ARMS Software management within the recruiting dept and responsible for establishing accurate data within the software.

• Delegate appropriate tasks to recruiting student managers.

• Adhere and follow all NCAA, MWC, and USAFA compliance as it pertains to recruiting prospects.

• Assist the Director of Recruiting in planning and executing football camps.

• Implements, plans, and supports recruiting initiatives (i.e. communications, and workflows) Provides oversight and direction and conceptualizes best practices for all football recruiting databases and systems, such as ARMS, and Whistle, among others. Responsible for direction and upkeep of necessary administrative functions as it pertains to recruiting, i.e. compliance paperwork and academic paperwork for PSAs.

• Performs duties as assigned by Coaching Staff and Director of Recruiting.

Qualifications :

Undergraduate degree from a 4 year institution

Prior athletic experience in football highly recommended

Knowledgeable in: Adobe creative cloud, Photoshop illustrator, adobe premier, after effects, excel, PowerPoint

Must be authorized to work in the U.S. and successfully pass a background investigation. Random drug testing is required.
