· Oversee the recruitment of all incoming freshman and transfers in assigned territory

· Phone, email and visit recruiting local and national prospects

· Contact and Develop Relationships with Coaches and Administrators in assigned territory

· Any duties assigned by Recruiting Coordinator

Defensive Coordinator

Basic responsibilities of the position:

• Oversee the mental, physical and spiritual development of the defensive players
• Implement and develop an defensive system under the direction of the Head Coach
• Oversee the development of the defensive coaching staff

· Creation and development of an Defensive System

· Organization of the defensive practices

· Development of a Game Plan

Game management

· Work annual Panther golf scramble

· Work game management, special events and/or sports information as assign by Athletic Director
