The Football Digital Media Coordinator helps strategize, shape, and execute the vision for all external communications regarding the Wisconsin Football brand as a member of the Creative Media Team. Under the supervision of the Director of Creative Media, the Football Digital Media Coordinator is responsible for assisting with daily posting, content creation, and delivery across all official Badger football social media channels. Conceptualizes, plans, designs, and executes multimedia solutions for a specific work unit that may be used through various platforms in collaboration with stakeholders and other content creation staff
Contributes to the development of communication, event, and marketing materials to fit into the overall strategy of the work unit
Tracks and manages timelines and deliverables related to communication projects
Directs operational activities for multiple communication platforms and posts content within a work unit that may include websites, social media, written/illustrative communications, and online tools
Develops communication, event, and marketing strategies and materials to align with the overall work unit strategic initiative
Develops and facilitates trainings for staff and customers regarding technology options and best practices

The typical starting salary ranges from $52,000 - $55,000, but may be negotiable depending on qualifications and experience.

Conditions of Appointment: This is a 100% Academic Staff appointment. Salary will be assigned within the appropriate range, commensurate with the candidate's qualifications and experience. An excellent benefits package is also included.
