The Football Equipment Coordinator assists with the Football Equipment staff with day-to-day operations of the Football equipment room, assisting full-time staff in preparing, maintaining, and organizing gear for practices, games, and travel. This role requires reliability, attention to detail, and the ability to work early mornings, evenings, and weekends around the team's practice and competition schedule.

Assist with daily setup and breakdown of practice and game-day equipment (helmets, pads, uniforms, footwear, etc.)
Assist with laundry, repairs, and maintenance of equipment and apparel to ensure player readiness
Collaborate with Football Equipment staff, coaches, and operations staff
Assist with packing and logistics for team travel to away games

Valid driver's license
Ability to work evenings, weekends, holidays, and travel as needed
Applicants must be legally authorized to work in the United States by the proposed start date; the department will not provide visa sponsorship for this position.
This position may assist with the supervision of student hourly employees but does not have direct oversight of student hourly employees.
Bachelor's degree
Minimum of two years of work experience with Football Equipment operations (student experience is applicable)
Previous experience with gameday set-up
Previous experience with coach to player communication systems
Previous experience collaborating with an equipment room staff and football coaching staff
$15.16 - $16.00 per hour
