Reporting to the Head Football Strength and Conditioning Coach, this role supports data and analytics needs of the Football Program and the Football Strength and Conditioning team.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Catapult Coordinator
NordBord, ForceDecks, Perch, and SmartSpeed Coordinator
Coordinate athlete management system data integration.
Collaborate with performance staff (strength & conditioning, sports medicine, nutrition) on recovery modalities and applied science projects.
Assist with tracking and analyzing strength & conditioning training data.
Attend team meetings, S&C staff meetings, performance team meetings, and other meetings as assigned.
Practice: coordinate Catapult, coordinate QB data collection, and other duties as assigned.
Gameday: coordinate Catapult and other duties as assigned.
Assist with all aspects of facility enhancement & maintenance (recruit ready at all times).
Stay up to date on performance/applied science research and trends. Pursue development in performance/applied science/analytics.
Continually help grow and develop the Strength & Conditioning department to be the model department within the model college football program.
May assist with on-field football technical and tactical coaching.
Adhere to Staff Expectations of Head Football Coach and Head Strength & Conditioning Coach.
Other duties as assigned by Head Football Coach and Head Strength & Conditioning Coach.

Follow all rules of University of Virginia, Virginia Football, NCAA, ACC, and CSC.
Assist in promoting an atmosphere of compliance. Get approvals from the Compliance Staff before acting to ensure actions are consistent with NCAA and ACC rules.
About the Position:
The anticipated hiring range is commensurate with qualifications and experience. The selected candidate will pass a background check.
