Job Summary:

Athletics Program Operations Managers hold a variety of duties for our Wisconsin Football team. Responsibilities may include anything from player analysis to developing relationships with external partners and recruits.

Responsibilities:

Manages team scheduling, travel logistics, budget and maintenance, and monitoring of compliance and athlete eligibility for an intercollegiate athletics program to ensure the effective and efficient operation of the program. - 10% Monitors student-athlete academic eligibility and status to ensure compliance with established rules and regulations - 45% Evaluates existing strategies, policies, and procedures and makes recommendations to unit leadership for program enhancement; ensures compliance with existing requirements - 25% Schedules logistics, secures resources, and finalizes team scheduling of facilities and travel for games, practices, camps, clinics, and special events - 5% Manages the unit or program budget - 15% May travel with assigned team to ensure compliance with applicable state and university rules
