Job Description

University of Oklahoma Football is seeking enthusiastic seasonal workers interested in assisting with football office operations and clerical recruiting duties on a temporary basis under the direction of the football recruiting office.

Responsibilities:

• Assistwith weekly pre-event duties
• Organizeand filerecruit information
• Consolidaterecruiting databases
• Organizeweekly mail
• Prepareforms, name tags, receipts, recruiting material, and any tasks associated with visit preparation as assigned by recruiting team
• Research programs, social media reporting from PSA, cutting film, effort/loft, evaluation.

Job Requirements

Required Education: High School Diploma/GED

Skills:

• Ability to follow directions and execute tasks in a timely manner.
• Basic Football knowledge
• Compliant and positive attitude
• Detail oriented
• Ability to problem solve
• Basic office/clerical skills (copying, laminating, addressing envelopes, etc.)
• Ability to effectively communicate with peers, superior, and supporters of Oklahoma Athletics

Department Preferences:

• Candidates interested in pursuing a career in intercollegiate or professional sports.
• Additional experience in customer service or sports industry.
