The Assistant Strength and Conditioning Coach-Football will be responsible for the design and implementation of training protocols under the direction of the Director of Speed Strength and Conditioning for Football.
Responsibilities & Duties:
Design and implement training protocols (weight room and field work)
Assist the athletic training staff in rehabilitation and injury prevention as needed
Supervision of the training sessions
Instruction of proper exercise technique, including Olympic lifting and sprinting mechanics
Ensure safe operation and professional supervision of the strength conditioning facility
Comply with all applicable NCAA rules and regulations

Minimum Education Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree
Preferred: Master’s Degree
Minimum Experience and Skill Requirements:
Current NSCA CSCS Certification
Current CPR Certification
Minimum 2 years’ experience at the NCAA D1 level
Have demonstrated understanding and strong commitment to cultural diversity.
