The Assistant Baseball Coach will be responsible for assisting in the organization and management of an NCAA Division III Baseball program in a manner consistent with the philosophy and objectives of the Athletics Department and Whittier College. The Candidate must exhibit excellent communication skills, have high ethical standards, and is expected to contribute to the overall atmosphere of the Department of Athletics by establishing and maintaining positive, team-oriented working relationships with all members of the athletic department and the College. The successful candidate will have experience in recruiting, developing, and retaining student-athletes at the NCAA Division III level. The candidate must also possess the leadership ability to oversee and coordinate a successful unit; manage, supervise, evaluate, and provide leadership for members of the coaching staff; and possess the knowledge and experience to coach an offensive position group.
The position will also entail secondary athletic administrative responsibilities as assigned by the Executive Director of Athletics.

Salary Range: $25.50 per hour; Salary will commensurate with experience, skills, and knowledge.
