The Naval Academy Athletic Association (NAAA), founded in 1891, is a nonprofit organization whose objective is to "promote, influence, and assist in financing the varsity athletic programs of the midshipmen of the United States Naval Academy" in accordance with the policy of the Superintendent of the Academy. Through an intercollegiate athletics program that is one of the largest in the country, every midshipman is afforded the opportunity to compete in athletics at the Division I level. Enthusiastic and sales-oriented individuals to sell 50/50 raffle tickets for the NAAA at home Navy football games for the 2025-2026 season. 50/50 Raffle Ticket Sellers play a crucial role in helping Blue & Gold raise funds to support Navy Athletics while providing an exciting opportunity for raffle participants to win.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
Sell 50/50 raffle tickets to customers in assigned locations at the Navy Marine Corps Memorial Stadium, such as parking lots, stadium seating, premium areas or high-traffic areas.
Clearly explain the rules, pricing, and benefits of the 50/50 raffle to encourage participation.
The salesperson must be energetic, outgoing, and comfortable approaching and engaging with fans in a fast-paced environment.
Effectively communicate the purpose and benefits of our raffle and who they are supporting to potential customers.
Wear assigned uniform/branding materials to attain visibility and approachability.
Meet or exceed assigned sales targets to contribute to the success of the raffle.
Provide excellent customer service, ensuring a positive experience for ticket buyers.

Additional Eligibility Requirements
Must be able to work a majority of Navy football home games
Must be eligible to work in the United States of America, without sponsorship.
Must be eligible to work on a military installation, including a willingness to submit to a background screen.
Must possess a valid driver’s license.
Work Conditions/Physical Requirements
This job requires employees to function in a high activity and heavily crowded indoor/outdoor sports venue.
Exposure to adverse weather conditions and seasonal temperatures
Comfortable working on feet for long periods in a crowded, fast-paced environment.
Hand and finger dexterity (e.g., handling mobile devices)
Repetitive hand and wrist movements
Visual acuity (e.g., reading screens)
Hearing ability (e.g., hearing and interacting with fans)
Minimal lifting requirements (usually under 10–15 lbs)
Basic upper body movement
Occasional bending or twisting
Cognitive focus and mental stamina
Pay Range
$25/hour. On average working 6-8 hours per game day.
Bonus: $100 for top seller and $100 for selling winning tickets
