Job Description:  

The Cameron Athletic Department employees Workers for Softball and Baseball Concessions, Ticket Sellers for Basketball and Softball games, and positive Fan Experience Greeters for all Sport Programs. These are part time positions that work during home athletic events. The Athletic Department goal is to deliver excellent customer service to all fans to ensure a positive experience for all in attendance. The people hired for these positions will be expected to conform with NCAA, conference and university rules, regulations and policies.

 

Job Duties as the Game Day Support Staff could include, but are not limited to:

• Sell concessions at the softball and baseball games.
• Sell game tickets at the volleyball, basketball and softball games.
• Monitor the Pass Gate in the Aggie Gym during basketball games.
• Greet game patrons, answer facility questions, and supply outstanding customer service to ensure a positive
• Game day experience for all attendees at the sporting event.
• Support the athletic department personnel during athletic events.

 

Supervision:

The Game Day Support Staff will be under the direct supervision of the Game Coordinator and Athletic Administration.

 

Minimum Qualifications:

• Excellent attitude.
• Clean and professional appearance.
• Outgoing personality.
• Basic math skills.
• Dependable and morally sound.

 

SALARY RANGE:

10.00/hr.
