Communicate effectively with internal and external constituents. This includes having professional interactions with the administration, coaches, student-athletes, and the University Community.
Possession of a strong work ethic, organizational skills, time management, customer service, and a positive team mindset.
Coaching Adherence/compliance with Florida Memorial University, NAIA, and Sun Conference policy and procedures.
Requires frequent work in an outside environment (athletic events) and ability to sit for periods of time in an interior office environment. Requires travel or work outside of regular work schedule for events or travel.

Moderate physical activity. Requires handling objects of average weight up to fifty (50) pounds or standing and/or walking for more than four (4) hours per day.

Qualifications:
Students must be admitted into a Florida Memorial University master degree program.
The position requires a bachelor’s degree.
CPR/AED certification preferred.
Experience in higher education preferred.
Extensive hours and weekends will be required at times.
