Remuneration includes a competitive coaching stipend, student health insurance, and eligibility for tuition remission (6 graduate classes per year in the University’s graduate program). St Lawrence offers a Master of Arts in Leadership.

St. Lawrence University is currently seeking applicants for a Graduate Assistant Coach for Men’s and Women’s Track and Field. This is a 9-month position (August 2026 – May 2027) targeted toward graduate students seeking a master’s degree. Duties/Responsibilities

Responsibilities include providing instruction and assisting the Head Men’s and Head Women’s coaches with all aspects of operating a successful Track and Field program such as: practice preparation, event coaching, recruiting, home meet management responsibilities, developing strength and conditioning programs, and other duties assigned.

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree is required.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to meet the requirements to drive University vehicles required.
• Apply and be accepted in the graduate program at St. Lawrence University.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in jumping events preferred. Collegiate and/or coaching experience preferred.

Salary

$888 biweekly
