Position Qualifications:

  • Two positions available: Sprints/Hurdles and Jumps/Combined Events
  • Bachelor’s degree and acceptance into a Graduate Studies program at Minot State University required
  • Competitive experience and/or coaching background in track & field (sprints/hurdles preferred or Jumps/Combined Events)
  • Passion for the sport of track & field / cross country
  • Desire to gain true coaching experience
  • Proficient in Word, Excel and social media
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends
  • Knowledge and willingness to learn NCAA Rules
  • Valid driver’s license
