GA’s will apply, be accepted, and enroll in one of the three Greenville University graduate programs.
GA’s will maintain continuous enrollment in the degree program at all times
GA’s must maintain an accumulative G.P.A. of at least 2.0
GA’s will receive a stipend in addition to full tuition scholarship for Greenville University programs & meals.
Tuition scholarship, stipend, and meals are subject to applicable taxes.
Responsibilities:
Recruiting
Recruit approximately 10 students through to matriculation at Greenville University
Individually manage database of 200-400 prospective students in a particular geographic area
assist in coordination of overall recruit database management
enter new recruits into database; ensure first contact mailing/call
Phone Calls - Email
On-campus visits – Fitness Center/Football Facility tours; Campus tours; Lunch host
Off-Campus visits - Home visits; High School visits
Retention
Retain approximately 10 students using the following methods:
EMAP Groups (small groups)
Develop Relationships - Bible Study / Discipleship - Academic Counsel
Football Coaching
Football
Coach a position on the field - Game planning weekly - Practice planning daily
Work with the Coordinator of their position to develop opponent film-breakdown and scouting reports
Game Day management
Assist in coordination of statistics and film crew for home and away games (as needed)
Assist in coordination of clothing/souvenir concessions
Work with Basketball to manage food concession stand
Football Camps
Work at Football Camps
Assist in coordination of Team Football Camp; 7 on 7 Tournament; Individual Skills Camps
Office Operations (Specific duties of Graduate Assistant 1)
Assist in various office duties including:
Travel planning - Trip and Pre-season Camp logistics - Fundraising
Video Coordinator
Breakdown Practice and Game Film
Upload and Intercut Practice and Game film to Hudl
Create Weekly Highlight Videos
Create End of Season Senior Videos
Download and Breakdown weekly opponents
Social Media Coordinator
Create and Post Graphics on an every other day basis
Create Video Content with team to be posted on Social Media
Stay Up to date on Holliday and Birthday Posts
Continuing Education
Attend professional development seminars and workshops during spring and summer

Qualifications (Skills/Experience/Education):
