The Graduate Assistant for Women’s Flag Football will assist in all aspects of the program, including coaching, recruiting, player development, and operations. This position is designed for a motivated and energetic individual who is passionate about coaching, mentoring student-athletes, and helping grow one of the nation’s fastest-emerging collegiate sports.

The Graduate Assistant for Women’s Flag Football will assist in all aspects of the program, including coaching, recruiting, player development, and operations. This position is designed for a motivated and energetic individual who is passionate about coaching, mentoring student-athletes, and helping grow one of the nation’s fastest-emerging collegiate sports.
Graduate Assistants work an average of 20-25 hours per week; more during the volleyball season and less during the off season. Compensation includes full tuition in a master’s program, housing on campus year-round (if available), and board when the campus dining facility is open.
