Graduate Assistant for Strength and Conditioning-Fall24
The purpose of this position is to improve the student athletes’ experience by providing more qualified Strength and Conditioning Coaches. Having more certified coaches will allow more time spent with each individual athlete. This additional time spent will help improve training, technique, and individual modification that otherwise maybe missed.
Included, but are not limited to: All aspects of the strength and conditioning programs, including assigned sports’ programming and implementation, weight room cleaning/maintenance and monitoring of athlete fueling station.

Bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science, or related field is required. Have already obtained certification from
NSCA
(
CSCS
) or CSCCa. Possess
CPR
/
AED
and First Aid certification. Experience with working in an
NCAA
/
NAIA
weight room.
Organization, Strong leadership qualities, ability to think critically, ability to make adjustment on the fly.
